Questions operators ask
Straight answers.
Does it affect the game?
No. The reader only reads. It cannot change a setting, move a credit, or touch an outcome.
Does it need the store's WiFi?
No. The router makes its own network. It needs one internet port, nothing else.
What if the internet drops?
The reader keeps counting and saves everything. When the internet comes back, it catches up. No gap.
What if the machine's port is already used by the state system?
Tell us before you order. It depends on the machine and your state's rules. Send a photo of the port area and we confirm what is possible. We will not ship a reader for a machine we cannot read.
Who owns the data?
You do. Download the full history any time. Leave, and we delete our copy on request.
What happens if a reader fails?
The portal flags the machine within minutes. A replacement ships already set up. Swap two cables and it picks up where the old one stopped.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Stop any time.
How fast is install?
One internet port for the router, then about five minutes per machine. A 6-machine store is done in under an hour, machines on the whole time.
